Hycel Properties Co., based in St. Louis, Missouri, has over 45 years experience in real estate development,
leasing and property management. Under Mark's leadership since 1979, Hycel has developed and managed millions
of square feet of super-regional shopping centers in St. Louis including the design award winning Saint Louis
Galleria (sold 2003), and Crestwood Plaza (sold 1998). Mark is a former Missouri State Director of the
International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed broker in Missouri. He is a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the World
Presidents' Organizations.
Jeanne A. Pfister

Jeanne is responsible for all financial and administration functions with Hycel Properties Co. Since 1975, she
has managed the financial record keeping, accounting, internal audit and lease administration functions. She has
been instrumental in the sale and acquisition of properties as well as completing due diligence requirements
associated with financing activities.
Jeanne is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Marsha has an extensive background in the retail industry with 12 years buying experience at Edison Brother
Stores, Inc. She joined Hycel in 1992 and is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the International
Council of Shopping Centers, and Fashion Group International of St. Louis. Marsha holds a Missouri real
estate/salesperson license, and received the ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist designation in 1996.
Sara

Sara began her career as a store manager for an upscale women's clothing store and then as a marketing instructor
at the college level. She joined the shopping center industry with Hycel Properties Co. in 1988 as a marketing
executive. Since 1994, Sara has been working with the company as a senior leasing representative. She is a member
of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Sara holds a Missouri real estate/salesperson license, and
received the ICSC Certified Leasing Specialist designation in 1998.
Ken Stephens, SCLS

Ken has been involved in the shopping center industry for 10 years initially in property management as a marketing director.
Since 1988, he has worked in shopping center and lifestyle center leasing and merchandising as a consultant to national and
regional developers and tenants. He joined the Hycel team in January 2005. Ken is a member of the International Council of
Shopping Centers. He holds a Missouri real estate/salesperson license and is a licensed broker in California.
Steven C. Etzel

Since 1980, Steve has gained experience in design and construction, including 10 years as a Project Engineer at
Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum (HOK), the internationally known and recognized architectural firm based in St.
Louis. While there, he was involved in large scale commercial, corporate and institutional projects, including
St. Louis Union Station and Saint Louis Galleria. Steve joined Hycel in 1990 as Director of Construction. He is
an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Andre Lee

Andre has over 20 years experience in the shopping center industry beginning with Crestwood Plaza in 1984. During
his tenure, Andre worked his way through the ranks of the management team to become the Director of Security and
then as the center's Operations Manager. In 1998, when Hycel Properties Co. sold Crestwood Plaza, Andre remained
as the Assistant General Manager until January 2000 when he returned to the Hycel family as a Project Manager.
Jeff French

Since 1991, Jeff has been involved in construction and development projects and has over seven years of experience
in the shopping center industry. In 1996 and 1997, Jeff became a retail store owner and using his construction
skills, oversaw the construction of his own stores. Soon thereafter, Jeff became involved in retail store
construction and joined the Hycel family in the spring of 2000.
Terry Eastman

Terry joined Hycel in September 2004 bringing with him 20 years of retail and retail construction experience as
a Construction Manager for Edison Brothers Stores and CPI Corporation. Terry was responsible for all aspects of
design and construction for the Size 5-7-9 Shops as well working with other divisions of EBS. He was also a
Project Manager for CPI working for the CPI/Fox Photo division during their "Image Center Solution" roll-out.
More recently, Terry represented Villa Lighting Supply as a National Account Coordinator and was responsible for
maintaining several national account retailers and restaurants.
